Kween Asian~Style Wings

about a pound of chicken wing parts (soaked in a lime juice and kosher salt brine for an hour, using about 1/2 cup lime juice and a tbsp of salt)
1/2 cup of light brown sugar
2tbsp of honey
1tbsp of ground ginger (you can always use about 2 tsp of fresh ginger)
1tsp of ground garlic (again you can use 1 fresh clove…I was out, lol)
1/4 cup of Champagne vinegar
1/2 cup of Soy Sauce
1/2 cup of Olive oil
1 tbsp of dried parsley flakes (Do I HAVE to say you can use fresh? LOL)
1 tbsp of Sweet and Sour sauce (of any kind, by any brand will do)
1/2 tsp of black pepper

After you’ve mixed the ingredients and poured over chicken, bake on 350 for about 40 mins covered and uncover and allow to darken and caramelize for about 20 more minutes or until nice and glazed. (You can always step the oven heat up to 375 after uncovering to shorten the process)

ENJOY!! :)

I must haz.
